General Project Information
Project Details
Here you can outline the main goals for your project, who you appealing to and your market type.
Design Influences
Providing any design styles that you favour will also help give us a good idea of what approach we will likely be taking with your project.
Content Treatment
This information is useful for projects that will deal with more than 2 paragraphs of text. You can also indicate whether you will be needing us to help you write or edit copy for your project.
For Print projects it wil help us identify what kind of space we will need to work with for advertisements and how many pages we will be working with for reports and booklets.
If your project is a Website, it will help us understand how to best approach the structure of your Website.
Photographs and Illustrations
Here you can indicate whether you have a Logo or will be needing one for your project. Logos should be supplied using the highest quality image file you have, ideally an Illustrator (.ai) or Vector EPS (.eps) format. If you have several formats, you can supply all of them to us and we will select the best one to use for your project.
You can also indicate if you have photographs or illustrations that you would like to use in your project. You must own the rights to use any images or illustrations that you wish to use in your project. If you need these supplied for you, we can provide photography and illustrations, or procure stock imagery on your behalf.
Web Project Details
Web projects require some additional information that we require to determine where your Website will reside, any additional features you wish to include, and how it will be updated.
You will need to indicate the domain name (eg. www.yoursite.com) that you wish to use or have obtained already. If you already have a Website with hosting that you are looking to make improvements upon, please indicate the name of your hosting company.
Special Features
If you would like to add Flash Animation, Video, E-commerce or any other special features to your Website project, please indicate which elements you would like to include outside regular content. We include a contact us form for every one of our projects.
Ongoing Maintenance
Please specify how you would like to maintain the content of your Website.
While Content Management Systems are popular, they do have their drawbacks. We have found that some of our clients prefer for us to perform regular updates for them, due to the learning curve associated with all Content Management Systems, lack of staff with time available to do these updates and/or lack of image editing software. |
